SHIPPING

We are a European independent brand based in Lisbon, Portugal. Your order will be shipped no later than two business days after purchase by MRW Portugal 
and CTT EXPRESS International. 

You will receive an automatic email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facilities.

SHIPPING COSTS

Portugal – 5 € (1-3 Business days) 

CTT EXPRESS (International) 

Spain – 7,5€ (1-5 Business days)  

Europe - 10€ (1-3 Business days) 

Rest of the world - 15€ (2-5 Business days)

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item bought at ESMÉR, please contact us by email within 15 days after receiving the purchase. 

The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all their tags on. To start a return, you can contact us at info@esmer.com, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned merchandise shipping charges are at the customer’s expense. 

Any shipping or customs charges that may incur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. 

You are advised to send the package with a tracking number so that it can be tracked.

REFUNDS

If you wish to refund any item bought at ESMÉR, please contact us by email within 15 days after receiving the purchase. 

The customer must bear the shipping costs when shipping the package back and our shop can not be responsible for eventual losses in this process. 

To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided via email). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, the money will be returned to the same payment method account you have used in a maximum of 30 days.

 Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund as well.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
