PURPOSE OF YOUR DATA

The User’s personal data will be processed and stored by computer and are intended to be used by ESMÉR within the scope of the contractual and/or commercial relationship with the User and, in case of authorization by the User, for the marketing of ESMÉR products. ESMÉR may also send personalized communications if the User so accepts. The personal data identified in the order form as being mandatory is essential for the provision of the Service by ESMÉR. The omission or inaccuracy of the data provided by the User is their sole and entire responsibility and may give rise to the refusal to provide the Service by ESMÉR.

RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA PROCESSING

ESMÉR ensures the confidentiality of personal data provided by users. Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the User is guaranteed, without additional charges, the right to access, rectify and update their personal data, directly or upon written request, as well as the right to oppose their use for the purposes set out above. The Internet is an open network, so the User’s personal data, other personal information, and all content hosted on the Service may circulate on the network without security conditions, even running the risk of being accessible and used by unauthorized third parties to effect, and ESMÉR cannot be held responsible for such access and/or use.

Users’ personal data may be made available to service providers, such as transport companies, who carry out the dispatch of orders, following the General Data Protection Regulation, they can access this specific data for these purposes. However, they are subject to guarantee measures concerning data protection.

The data transmitted to ESMÉR are incorporated and processed by ESMÉR in a file under its responsibility, with the sole purpose of managing the services requested by the customer, to comply with applicable legal requirements.

I authorize the processing of said data and accept access to them by ESMÉR employees who carry out any of the activities necessary for the provision and promotion of the service. I am aware that I am free to provide or not the requested information and to authorize or not its treatment when I submit a duly completed form. I accept that by not providing all the information requested, ESMÉR may not provide the service or sell the goods to me, or achieve the correct functioning of some present and/or future functionalities on the portal, as well as the effectiveness of a subsequent sending, computer processing, consultation or contact.
